Plat4mation is a company dedicated entirely to ServiceNow.
They have offices in several countries, with the office in the Netherlands being in Utrecht. The approximately 300 employees work for various customers worldwide.

4Industry
4Industry is an application developed by Plat4mation. It is intended for industrial companies and provides support for inspections, good practices, assessments, 5 whys analysis, etc. It is built on the ServiceNow platform.
I have supervised implementations as a technical consultant and also made modifications according to requirements of the various customers.
ASML
At ASML, I was part of the DevOps team for ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management). Before that, I provided support to the business in the aforementioned areas. This was largely based on registered incidents and service requests.
In addition, I worked in sprints on the further development of the ServiceNow platform. Besides my team, there were 4 other teams, each with their own area of expertise (such as Service Portal, GRC, etc). In the PI planning event, the planning for the 4 next sprints was determined, after which stories were refined and pitched.
