Quint Technology was the new name of Paphos Group after Quint Group acquired it in 2019. In addition to ServiceNow, they also specialized in Atlassian and Celonis.
They were based in Amstelveen and the 50 or so consultants were active at various customers.
In 2023, Quint Technology became part of Eraneos.

Implementation at Axians
After they chose ServiceNow, I started the implementation. First for 4 business units, others would follow later. This involved the implementation of ITSM, CMDB, CSM, Service Portal and Service Catalog.
The exact requirements were identified through workshops. I provided the technical support, so that the requirements could be directly tested for feasibility. Together with the product owner and stakeholders, the various stories were drawn up.
I then configured ServiceNow and immediately set it up in multiple languages (English, Dutch and French). I installed and configured the various CSM modules so we could start implementing the user stories.
During the implementation I mainly picked up the technical stories and supported and helped my team members where necessary when things were unclear.
I also set up the CMDB and AMDB and made a link with Active Directory. I also implemented Single Sign-on.
Upgrade at Sanoma
At Sanoma I performed the upgrade to the Madrid release of ServiceNow. I performed various tests, fixed issues where necessary and coordinated and supervised the customer testing.
Rittenadministratie at Engie Services
Due to the phasing out of a trip accounting tool, a project was started to move this into ServiceNow.
To this end, I researched the functionality of the existing tool and which adjustments needed to be made in ServiceNow.
I made the adjustments largely on the Service Portal with custom widgets to make the right data visible. I also created a link between ServiceNow and SAP using SOAP which works bi-directionally.
Upgrade and connecting GGI Veilig at Telindus
At Telindus, I performed the upgrade to the New York release of ServiceNow. Here I performed various tests, fixed issues where necessary and coordinated and supervised the testing by the customer.
In addition, GGI Veilig also had to be connected to Telindus. For this I did research based on the requirements that were drawn up. I looked at the possibilities in ServiceNow and which adjustments needed to be made to meet the requirements.
After approval, I implemented the modifications in ServiceNow.
Research integrations at GrandVision
Due to the implementation of a new HR system at Grand Vision, I investigated the possibilities to create requests and the corresponding requested items from this new system in ServiceNow based on already existing catalog items.
For this purpose I documented which endpoints are available in ServiceNow, in which format they expect the data and which properties should be sent when calling the endpoints.
PDF letter and Service Portal at Plus
A re-implementation of ServiceNow at Plus was to ensure that as much as possible would go back to out of the box.
Since I had previously created the cost letter in PDF, I was involved in this project to transfer the scripts for that to the new instance and adapt them to the new data model where necessary.
In addition, I made several adjustments to the Service Portal to make it more user-friendly and consistent with the way Plus works. I also created some custom widgets for this purpose.
GRC at De Volksbank
At De Volksbank, I joined the development team for GRC to work on stories compiled by the various stakeholders to further extend the functionality of this module to meet the needs of the business.
I also performed a migration from a previously custom built app for Incident Loss to Risk Management.
Quint Transformation Platform
As a developer, I have been involved in the Quint Transformation Platform. This platform allows companies to make the transformation to Agile and DevOps as a team.
For this I set up the database, created layout and design and created the necessary scripts to make the platform work. This was done as an app in ServiceNow using the Service Portal functionality.
