Some clients for whom I have done projects.

Some projects I did.
Integration at Odido
The Inventory Hub provides data regarding network elements and ip addresses. This data is exported and prepared for use in ServiceNow.
To get the data into ServiceNow, I created the corresponding data sources, import sets and transform maps. To apply the correct business logic, such as conditions when a record should be imported, references to other CIs, retrieving data from services, etc, I wrote several scripts that perform this correctly.
I also worked on other stories assigned to the dev team, mainly for ITSM and Service Portal. These were mostly improvements on the existing instance, requests from the business and investigating and solving issues.
HR at ING
For the Global HR project, I started working on the backlog for ING Germany. It was my responsibility to execute the stories, in consultation with HR Germany. This involved setting up Record Producers, HR Services and the Flows in Flow Designer. I also worked on other stories for various HR departments worldwide, ranging from creating or changing Virtual Agent Topics, modifying Flows, making adjustments to Widgets on the Portal, etc.
Service Delivery Provisioning App at Sure
For Service Delivery Provisioning, I created a custom app where representatives can record an order on the portal. This can include new services, changes or the discontinuation of services.
The data is stored and, via a flow in Flow Designer, the correct process is started for which tasks are automatically created, approval is requested from the correct groups and persons and relations to services provided are automatically established.
